I have decided not to accept weekly orders this year. I am looking for the client that has a long term view towards handicapping instead of jumping around from week to week. If you would like to subscribe to a monthly package please contact me and we can work something out.

STILL THE #1 HANDICAPPER WITH THE SPORTS MONITOR OVER THE PAST EIGHT SEASONS!

2009 NFL regular season finishes 48-41 53.9% +8.40%

I finished the 2009 regular season going 48-41 53.9% +8.40%. While the 2009 season wasn't as good as six of the past seven seasons, it did represent another winning season. That makes it seven of eight winning season in the NFL. Nobody has been more consistent over the past eight seasons. I have had just one losing season over the past eight seasons and I have recorded at least a 55% winning percentage in six of those seven seasons. The NFL playoffs resulted in a 3-2 +2.40% record. Overall, I finished 51-43 54.2% +10.80%.

The Sports Monitor gave me two ties for two of my best bets because of late line moves, rather than wins. I release my plays to subscribers on Friday evening but The Sports Monitor uses closing lines to grade games. They had me at 46-41 52.9% +2.40% for the regular season. Either way it was another winning season.

Since making some adjustments after a poor 2005 season (favorites covered 58% of all games that year) I have won almost 58% of my side best bets over the past four seasons. Check out my year by year NFL Records.

I am now 435-350 55.5% over the past eight seasons. Those numbers make me the #1 handicapper for overall net units won (with any other handicapper who has been monitored for all eight years by The Sports Monitor).

I finished in second place in the Wise Guys contest via Marc Lawrence's Playbook newsletter.

I also finished in 32nd place in the Hilton contest (out of roughly 330 contestants). That 32nd place finish goes along with my 2008 20th place finish, my 2007 11th place finish and in 2006 I finished 1/2 game out of the money. The contest rewards the top 20 finishers.

You can save on my NFL services by signing up early. Prices are almost 50% off through July 1st. Prices will only go up after that time. It's not too late to join. All records monitored by www.TheSportsMonitor.com. You can click on FBL & BSK SPECIALS to purchase a season long subscribtion. Best Bets will be available by Friday, 10:00 P.M.
